INVESTMENT

Our rates vary by day and by season as outlined below. All wedding and event rentals are inclusive of the following amenities:

Exclusive 12-hour rental of the property
Use of Farm House for getting ready
Chairs for your ceremony
Chairs and tables for your reception
Indoor restrooms that are ADA accessible
One hour wedding rehearsal time
Ample complimentary parking
Venue manager on-site at all times
Special discounts on recommended vendors

Please note that we are required to charge 6% Virginia sales tax.
A refundable $1,000 security deposit is required in addition to the rental fees.
On 3-day holiday weekends, all dates rent at the Saturday rate.
We do not charge administrative fees or gratuities.

Please note that we are required to charge 6% Virginia sales tax. A refundable $1,000 security deposit is required in addition to the rental fees. On 3-day holiday weekends, Friday and Sunday dates rent at the Saturday rate. We collect no other service charges.
