Pricing begins with 25 people for approximately $16,805
We can accommodate up to 125 people for approximately $27,255
Prices vary based on guest count
6% Virginia sales tax is added to all rental services
* Couples get ready off site but can get dressed and do photos in the farm house.
** Catering estimates can be revised for different guest counts. Actual price may vary based on your final menu selection.
*** Basic non-alcoholic beverages (water and sodas) are included in the rental rate noted above. Lemonade and ice tea are available to add on. Because 48 Fields is a winery, all cider, wine, and champagne must come from 48 Fields. The pricing for this is quoted separately from the rental rate above. Pricing will be based on the quantity and varieties of cider, wine, and champagne selected. The minimum purchase is 1 case for every 25 people, which starts at $240 per case. Couples can bring in their own beer and liquor, if desired. Couples will be required to obtain a one-day banquet license from the Virginia ABC.
PLEASE NOTE
Micro weddings are generally not available on Saturday dates or holiday weekends.
We are typically only able to book micro weddings for dates within the next 12 months,
but we may be flexible to book further out or for Saturdays with off-peak dates.
