Our all-inclusive rate allows you and your guests to celebrate a bridal shower, baby shower, birthday party, or anniversary with all the elements you’ll need for a memorable occasion. Such rentals are inclusive of the following:

 

Use of the property for a 3-hour event
Additional 2-hours for set up and load out
Catering with your choice of hors d’oeuvres, salad, and dessert
All tables and chairs
Choice of standard table linens
Bluetooth speakers for background music
Heat and air-conditioned spaces
Hanging bistro lights and uplighting
Access to grounds for photography
Ample complimentary parking
Venue manager on-site at all times

Food and Rental Rate: $4,850
(Rental rate is based off of an event for 25 people)

 

Please note that we are required to charge 6% Virginia sales tax.
A refundable $500 security deposit is required in addition to the rental fees.
We collect no other service charges.
