Cottage Renovations are Complete

If you’ve been following along with 48 Fields over the years, you know that we’ve done a lot of renovations to a number of buildings! After nearly 10 years, the cottage was one of the last major renovation projects that we had to complete on the property. Some people didn’t even realize that we had another house on site since it’s tucked off to the side, but the new space is ready for rental for couples who want an additional space to get ready before their wedding! Right now the cottage is available for day rentals only. No overnight stays are possible yet, but we have hopes of offering them in the future.

The cottage is a smaller space than the main farmhouse being only one level. One full bathroom is available along with a full kitchen. Since we’re not doing overnight stays, the two bedrooms have instead been converted into a dining/game space and dressing room.
