You'll love our black and white renovated farmhouse for your wedding day! Tucked away in a corner of our farm, this charming guest house is equally modern and rustic. It's a hidden gem that is sure to impress.
Although you will feel completely off the grid, our Lucketts, Virginia location is minutes away from the areas best wineries, breweries, and farm to table restaurants. We are also approximately 15 minutes for downtown Leesburg, 30 minutes to Bluemont Frederick MD, and Dulles International Airport, and 45 minutes to Harpers Ferry.
The entire Cottage at 48 Fields is yours to enjoy during your rental with the following amenities.

SPECIAL NOTES
- Guests will drive approximately 0.6 miles on a gravel road to reach the property.
- The property is in a rural wooded area that is prone to bugs and animals (such as deer, wild turkeys, and groundhogs).
- The number of guests in the cottage may not exceed the number of guests designated in the wedding party.
- Wifi is not available due to the rural location of our property.
- Loud noises, loud music, and parties/gatherings are prohibited at all times.
- Security cameras are present on the property.
- No pets are allowed inside.
- No guests under 13 because the property is not designed with children in mind.
- Property owners have no control over road conditions, such as ice treatment or snow plowing.
- Full details are provided in the rental agreement.
