The white cottage is our newest space and it has been fully renovated in 2023 to serve as an additional optional getting ready space. With its bold yet neutral black-and-white decor and adorable front porch, you'll feel right at home getting ready before the wedding ceremony.
The white cottage is our newest space and it has been fully renovated in 2023 to serve as an additional getting ready space. With its bold yet neutral black-and-white decor and adorable front porch, you'll feel right at home getting ready before the wedding ceremony.

SPECIAL NOTES
- Guests will drive approximately 0.6 miles on a gravel road to reach the property.
- The property is in a rural wooded area that is prone to bugs and animals (such as deer, wild turkeys, and groundhogs).
- The number of guests in the cottage may not exceed the number of guests designated in the wedding party.
- Wifi is not available due to the rural location of our property.
- Loud noises, loud music, and parties/gatherings are prohibited at all times.
- Security cameras are present on the property.
- No pets are allowed inside.
- No guests under 13 because the property is not designed with children in mind.
- Property owners have no control over road conditions, such as ice treatment or snow plowing.
- Full details are provided in the rental agreement.
SPECIAL NOTES
- Access to the cottage begins at the start of your overall 48 Fields event rental time.
- Access concludes and all items must be removed from the cottage by the wedding ceremony start time.
- Maximum capacity is no more than 10 guests at any time, including the client, wedding party, parents, vendors, etc.
- No guests under 13 are permitted inside because it is not designed with children in mind.
- Wifi is not available due to the rural location of our property.
- Security cameras are present at the interior and exterior of the cottage.
- No pets are allowed inside.
- Full details are provided in a separate cottage rental agreement.
