Summer Music Festival Themed Wedding Megan and Dave

This wedding is hands down one of the best executions of a wedding theme we’ve ever seen! Megan and Dave love music and concerts, so they planned an incredible summer music festival themed wedding in a variety of shades of burnt orange and olive green. Aside from a unique al fresco dinner reception, some of the amazing details include:

• Their rehearsal was a “Meet and Greet”
• Each place setting had a custom guitar pick, a record, and photo with the couple
• Dinner tables were assigned song names rather than numbers
• Guests signed records as their guest book
• A will-call station had concert tickets as their seating chart
• Each area was a different “stage” with custom signage
• The wedding party got custom crew member hoodies
• Family members were given All Access VIP tags
• Glamping tents provided seating lounges
• Mobile bars were set up outside as guests roamed the different areas
• A pair of bands alternated playing throughout the night
• Neon signs displayed titles of their favorite songs around the reception area
