Ceremony Locations at 48 Fields

You have three ceremony locations to choose from when you tie the knot at 48 Fields. The options include two beautiful outdoor spaces as well as a light and airy indoor option. Which will you choose for your big day?

 

OPTION 1: CEREMONY PATIO

The ceremony patio, installed in 2021, is our most popular outdoor ceremony location. Lush with abundant natural greenery, this space is perfect for welcoming guests. The heel-friendly paver patio can accommodate up to 125 seated people. At the peak of autumn, vibrant fall foliage surrounds the patio, in the summer crepe myrtle trees bloom, and in the winter evergreens bring color to the space around the perimeter

 

OPTION 2: BARN BACKDROP

Looking to feature the iconic 48 Fields barn as your ceremony backdrop? Some of our couples choose to have their ceremony in front of the barn, where we can seat up to 125 guests. Because this space is oriented differently from the ceremony patio, the light hits each location in a unique way. So you may want to tour each space and discuss with your photographer to choose the one that is best for your day.

 

OPTION 3: LOWER LEVEL OF THE DAIRY BARN

Our indoor ceremony space is located in the lower level of the dairy barn. Because it has heat and air conditioning, this is the most popular spot for hot summer days and chilly winter evenings. In fact, even if you choose an outdoor ceremony location and the weather doesn’t cooperate, this space is available as a rain location.

The lower level of the dairy barn originally held the farm’s dairy stalls. The old charm remains in the original windows and beams, but the space is significantly brighter and more welcoming today. It can accommodate up to 125 seated guests, and is also cozy enough for an elopement or a micro wedding.
